Delete your Roomy account
You can delete your Roomy account yourself at any time, in the app or on the web. It takes less than a minute.
Steps
- Open the Roomy app, or go to roomybooking.com/app and log in.
- Go to Profile (hotel partners: Settings).
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm Delete my account.
Can't log in? Email support@roomybooking.com from the email address of your account and we will delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
- Your password, so the account can no longer be used
- Your saved hotels and notifications
This happens immediately and can't be undone.
What is kept
Past bookings and payment records (dates, room, amount, card brand and last four digits) are kept without your name or contact details, because hotels need them for their accounts and tax records.
Before you delete
- Cancel any upcoming stays first. You can't delete an account with a confirmed booking still to come.
- Hotel owners: contact us to close your hotel first.
